This is an example of a close up, it shows emotion on the characters face, it is also used to show detail. This shot is used in most films as it is very versatile. Similary there is an extreme close up with is technically the same just a little closer.
A tracking shot is like a zoom on a camera, it is used to get a person or object into closer focus. It can also be used to show more detail and set a scene. At the beginning of every film there is an establishing shot, tracking in is used to get a better perspective of an area.
A large depth of field is also called focus range or effective focus range. Its is the distance between the nearest and farthest objects in a scene that appear sharp in an image. This is also used in modern films and it photographs.
Canted angle is a type of camera shot where the camera is set at an angle. The angle is mostly used in films to connote disorientation and lack of control. This angle can be used for abstract photographs however it can also be used in films. Each angle is effective for a specific purpose which is to entertain the viewer
